    Came from different dealerships that we felt we would’ve settled. Came here and found the perfect car. Only there for about 2 1/2 hrs from start to driving off with our new Chevy trailblazer. Thanks so much!!!

    Subject: Extremely Disappointed with My Car Buying Experience I am very disappointed with my overall experience purchasing a vehicle from Basil. I feel I was misled about the pricing, and I was told by the salesperson that Basil replaces any parts that are more than 50% worn. I took them at their word when I bought my vehicle in April. However, after driving less than 8,000 miles, the tires are already almost bald. This is completely unacceptable and makes me question the quality of the vehicle inspection and the dealership’s honesty. If Basil couldn’t ensure something as basic as safe tires, how can I trust them to handle something as simple as an oil change correctly? This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in the dealership. I will never purchase another vehicle from Basil and cannot wait to trade this car in elsewhere to be done with this experience once and for all.

    Not happy that our concerns were brushed off, we test drove a equinox and it rode good and visually looked good. When we opened the door a strong oder of cigarette smoke was present. After going back to test dive another vehicle we questioned why the smoke smell had not been cleaned before putting it out for sale. The answer I was given was that people who smoke sometimes buy these vehicles and they don't care about the smell. The Ford EcoSport we test drove was making a loud grinding noise. Why are these vehicles not gone through to be mechanically sound and cleaned up more so complaints like this don't have to happen
