- NRNéstor ReyesJul 20, 20251.0I had to pay for parking twice because when I paid at one of the machines, the payment went through, but after that, the machine's screen went black and didn't give me a receipt. After that, when I tried to leave, I tried scanning the receipt I already had, thinking it might work that way, but it didn't. I had to pay again to leave. I tried to reach someone four times, but it was impossible, neither by phone nor in person.

They are raising monthly parking prices all the while they are barricading the valet office, blocking fire escapes, residents’ keys and cars have been STOLEN due to staff negligence, there was an actual FIRE recently (see video in someone else’s review)… and they said in the new pricing notification that it was being raised because of service levels and “market pressure” They also had my first review deleted. Probably because I posted the actual price hike email they sent claiming to be raising prices for better service. Which included their (public) contact info.
