- TATodd AcciariOct 14, 20255.0Ok….. so I previously gave Maddie’s maintenance dept a bad review for poor communication and not addressing issues with ride command. after this I had to take my challenger in for low voltage warning after the recall was done. I was pleasantly surprised when Tom mentioned my review and then did his absolute best to make sure everything was taken care of and explained. After being on the phone with Polaris tech department he had answers!! I want to thank Tom for going above and beyond to make a loyal Indian customer happy with this experience After this experience I’ll be back. I guess we all have bad days. So a big thank you to Tom!!

It took me 20 minutes to remove it in my garage and a local tire store changed it for $40. I’m all for supporting local businesses, robbing people for services is a different story.
