Warning that weekends are pretty busy since everyone works mon-fri.. so expect a wait but the staff is so responsive and knowledgeable. I do not trust anywhere else to do business except Valvoline. Also theirs always a sale so while i wait i search my email for a coupon. I’ve paid over 50 bucks (besides getting additional services ofc)!

Its a sunday either advertise that or hire more staff. Its ridiculous that there was a 45 minute wait upon pulling into the doors car sitting unable to leave for a 15 minute oilchange. 4 computers and only one working, unacceptable for the price you charge. I asked the customer next to me and they said they were inside hood down for 35minutes as well. Not one person said hello or even tried to speed line the process, , heck youre better off teaching a child, they will have more maturity and respect for your vehicles than this clown House. Can hear "BAY 3 " 9x and all the workers in the office. Not one person ready to work or great the customer They are in serious need of retraining. There is no reason a customer should be waiting because the majority of the technicians were arriving back from a communal "break" with eyes as bright red as the Valvoline logo, with customers inside the store.
