Went in looking for trailer under 22 ft. Told the sales person 4 times that 22 feet was max. The smallest trailer she showed us was 23.5 feet. We gave up and left.

Dont waste your time going there! Horrible in every aspect especially how they treat their employees! Save the aggravation and go to Wilkins or Meyers! You will be treated right!

Few months ago made a deal on a practically new toyhauler. Got a pretty great deal for that I will give 3 stars… would be 5 if the communication was better. Camper was missing a awning…signed into the deal to fix awning and a few water connections and obviously to go over the whole camper… was promised everything would be taken care of by date of pick up… I said please check with your parts dept and your service dept to ensure this will be done. Yep it’ll be done they say…2 weeks later I come to pick it up. Very exciting for my girl as well as myself finally after years of tent camping and camping out of enclosed trailers. We finally have a toy hauler just in time for fall with the need for heat more than ever. We pull in. We’re doing walk around everything is great. Until I see the awning is not on…At that point we stop and go talk to sales…of course they all scramble to blame parts and or service..after 2 hours of arguing they gave me 200$ gift card and fill out a “we owe” and say should be in within a week or 2. Ok. We take camper home. Within a week it was leaking propane from a line. Which I didn’t even bother to call I just replaced line… first trip under way. Night before the 12v dead man switch takes a crap. Luckily I had one in spare parts for my sxs. So I replaced. Which I said to them it’s corroded should probably replace before I pick up…which yes it functioned at time of pick up… fast forward to now. No contact to let me know anything of progress on awning. First trip under way no awning but we made the best of it. Every surface that had water running through it..leaked. Kitchen sink first. Missing o rings and connections not tight. Fixed while camping. Next the bathroom sink. Same thing. Fixed at camp. Next the shower…drain wasn’t even connected…was unable to fix at camp. 2 months have gone by now. No awning. I call oh we forgot to order. Then shows up 2 days later. Obviously lack of communication between parts and service. I bring it in. Told me 2-3 days to get that and water leak taken care of. 5 days later Havnt heard anything. I call. They hadn’t even brought it into shop…we had a trip planned…so I tell them get it done or I’ll be coming to pick it up either way…they get it done..half ass but it’s on…wires hanging all over etc so told them that needs to be fixed go to look at shower. They cross threaded and rtv the p trap to drain and said well it’s tight not leaking now as I spin the nut around by hand without it tightening at all. …I said well yeah but soon as I take it down the road it’ll fall back off…told them get it corrected as half ass work is not fixed. Fixed is fixed told me it’ll be another week…seriously? Definitely will not be buying another camper from camping world. No communication no customer service after sale

Another 1 star for camping world of churchville. Probably from the lack of attendance from manager Tomas. Wife and I went to look for a bigger travel trailer. Looked at a few and they were in rough shape. Stumbled upon 1 that the salesman didn't know that for sale.( It was listed right on the website). The slide wouldn't open on it. Confused as to why it was listed for sale when clearly it wasn't ready, anyway we liked it. Wanted to see the slide operate so we had to come back the following day. The techs got it working saying it needed equalization. Papers were drawn and signed. Was told I had to put a down payment on to hold the trailer even though I signed paperwork and I would receive my cash back when everything was final. Dealership told me I could take delivery on Saturday because we were going on a trip. Friday morning I get a call that no staff on Saturday for delivery. So I called the salesman on Monday told him he needs to work in a set of sway bars because I need them. He never got back to me. I had to pay for them and put them on myself even though I paid 1495$ for a "prep" fee which consisted of nothing. When I finalized the deal the dealer didn't refund my cash telling me they don't have cash in the store. When I got home the slide didn't want to open. So in the end camping world of churchville are criminals. They take your money. Don't help you out
