He explained everything to me didn't up sell anything or push. The techs also found a leak coming from my oil filter and found that it needed to be tightened. They tightened it and cleaned up the area. I was able to replace the tie rods and return same day for the alignment and they were able to get me right in. Again completely fantastic customer service! Very kind and personal. This will be the only Mavis I ever come to again!
