  Terrible experience, I tried to use the valet parking since i have my pregnant wife with me, they told me the parking was full but i could use the parking around the corner that is also from the hospital, i parked there and after 4 days I went to pick up my car (on 04/02/24 afternoon) and a shady guy who was charging at the parking booth saw me walking with a stroller and told me i shouldn't park there, then he asked me for "a tip" so he can let me park, i called his manager and of course he cowardly denied everything... I had 4 days without sleep and when finally was discharged from the hospital I still have to deal with this miserable human being. The hospital will charge 40k + for me giving them business, and I paid $200 of parking they still don't care about hiring competent people (or at least honest)for their parking facilities. What a shame of institution. I can see the reply, "I'm sorry this happened to you..." You should be sorry that the hospital is hiring incompetent people and delinquents to deal with the people who bring you business and pay your salary. Go down to the parking and see it yourself instead of being "sorry."

  Great parking for the hospital. It's valet parking so they take your keys, give you a ticket, which upon departure, you scan just inside the hospital grounds, and get a receipt after using a credit card. Go outside and your car will automatically be retrieved. Give the attendant your ticket and drive off. Its as esay as that. The comments below are not entirely accurate. Repeat: 5 stars.

  Worse parking service ever. I waited almost 20 minute & didn’t see any attendant. So I figure maybe it’s self parking. Then out of no where this parking attendee came & started to yell at me for no reason & started to curse me out. He said I have to wait for him to park the car for me. I told him that I didn’t see any attendee & that’s why i started to pulled in. He didn’t care & started to curse me out. Never ever coming back to park here.
