  12/16/2025 The person manning the garage today at around 7:20/30 in the morning was extremely aggressive when commanding me and others where to go. Told him to relax over a simple misunderstanding of what lot number to park the car, no problem, parked the car there, after understanding where he wanted me to go, he’s nowhere to be found after I park and get out, once again no problem I’ll go to him directly, hand him my keys and everything, told me to go back to my car, once again, alright, no problem. He then starts letting others in and servicing them, avoiding me the whole entire time. All of this while I have a final in less than an hour to take. I’ve been coming here all throughout September and this is just absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I won’t be coming in here again, a grown man with the tactics of a petty 13 year old. I had to leave and go to another parking lot, I don’t have the time to be playing games with a guy who’s miserable. Aside from this instance, this parking lot is ok, $19 if u come in before 9 am and $29, after. It’s a good price and a good facility to keep your car. But, I won’t be coming here again due to the unprofessionalism displayed by him.

  There is an older gentleman that works there who is always rude to the customers that parks there on a daily basis. I was one minute late on picking up my car due to me working in the medical field. He charged my card $35 instead of my normal pay which is $19. He proceeded to tell me that next time I need to pick up my car earlier or I won’t get my car back next time. I will not be parking my car there nor do I recommend anyone else to park there

  Always have a great experience parking my car with Q. I use this lot on a regular basis and never have a problem. Q is always happy to help and has a great personality.
