  They cheat and steal here. $32 for 33 minutes. They charged an extra $15 for a Nissan Murano, treating it like a minivan. Don't trust them and check your receipts.

  I absolutely love parking here! The team is unmatched — I’ve had monthly parking at other garages, but none have made me feel as secure and confident leaving my car as this one. There’s almost never any traffic getting in or out because the staff moves quickly and efficiently, keeping everything running smoothly. A special shoutout to Sted and Tito — thank you for always being the best and making sure my car is safe so I can focus on work. You guys make this place feel like family.

  As a loyal monthly parker for almost 2 years, I can honestly say this is the best parking lot in downtown Brooklyn. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond for their customers. The high volume of cars coming in and out every day speaks volumes about how good this lot really is. Of course, there will always be a few people who are never satisfied, but from my experience, the service here is top-notch. It’s a cashless parking lot, so do your research in advance to avoid any last-minute hassles — that’s not the attendants’ fault. They’re fast, kind, and respectful, and they treat everyone with professionalism. And let’s not forget — the cheapest prices in the area, hands down!

  DO NOT park here. I went in to park at 6:09 am for the early bird special for $23.56(6am til 7pm) and went to pick up my car at 6:50 pm no one was in the booth had to wait 5 min to be noticed checked my vehicle before leaving and they still charged $55.99. Tried calling 3 times to clear this up no one answered. Find some where else.
