The first window they received from their supplier was labeled correctly but it was the wrong window so they couldn't know that until they went to put it in. Jeff and his techs were able to reinstall the broken window so I would be able to drive until the next day when they received the correct window and put it in quickly while I waited. Even though the problem was not his fault, Jeff was very apologetic and handled the whole situation very nicely. My car is as good as new. I highly recommend Platinum if you need auto glass. And the price was right!
