  Was a monthly member for 1 year. Through out the year They dented the rear of my car, booted my car and tried to hustle me for cash to remove my boot. Never took accountability because they have no cameras in the garage. Poor customer service/ poor management. My schedule is tight so I stuck with this garage for convince of not having to waste time looking for parking. Multiple times requesting my car on time and still not being upstairs. Car smelling like cigarettes ( I don’t smoke ). Over all negative experience.

  I would like to share an extremely horrible and embarrassing experience I had the other day with one of your employees ( I don't know his name, but it was the person working at the 1 Bell Slip garage on Weds 12/18/24 between 5:45pm- 6:15pm). I left my car in the temporary parking area to go get a parking pass from the Bell Slip concierge. I immediately placed the parking pass on the dashboard and left to come back into the building. Before I entered the building, I remembered I left something in my trunk. When I walked back, your employee was looking into my car and appeared to be scanning something on the dashboard. I asked him "Can I help you with something?" . He didn't answer me. I asked two more times and again he didn't answer. So I approached him since he ignored me and asked what he was doing with my car. I told him there was a parking pass on my window and asked what the issue was. He responded by saying " Yeah I saw you. You know, I could be an asshole and put a boot on your car." I did not appreciate his response because he didn't answer the question that I asked 3 times as to what he was doing. I again explained there was a parking pass visible on the dashboard. He then escalated the situation by telling me I was " being judgemental". I decided to be the bigger person by just walking away, but then he kept antagonizing me as I was walking into the building. Normally I would just let it go but then he kept on yelling that I was being judgemental and then on top of that, he accused me of being racist because I asked what he was doing to my car. There was no basis for this statement and it was extremely out of line! Being a New Yorker I can tolerate a lot of things, but having an argument after following the proper temp parking protocol and then being called a racist for no reason, I will not stand for. I was embarrassed and outraged. Especially after coming home from a hard day's work. This type of behavior is unacceptable and uncalled for. He went on to say he's just doing his job...is his job to harass tenants and embarrass them in front of their homes? He is not professional and needs to be retrained or let go. From what I understand, other tenants have made complaints about him as well.

  I've used this parking lot for a year and a half as a transient customer. No major issues until 10 days ago when an intoxicated staff member assaulted me. This is the closest garage to my office, but I'm afraid to go back and can't if this staff member is still there. I don't want to hold the business accountable for the actions of one bad staff member, but until I hear back from management to discuss this issue, I have to rate this business 1 star.

  Definitely pricey but that fact that it is a valet parking garage is pretty sweet. I can’t imagine having to find street parking around here with two toddlers. There is so much construction and the street cleaning around is two days of the week and midnight to 3am…how frustrating and annoying. So yes it’s worth it. The staff does a great job at getting your vehicle when you request it (you can request your vehicle at a specific time via txt msg). I’ve seen the list in the am and it is quite long! And most of the time the staff has your vehicle out on time or early. There’s been only a handful of times where it’s been a late. And honestly we’re all humans and doing the best. Shout out to Eric that always has our vehicle out on time! 🙌🏼
