- ARAshlyn RodriguezAug 5, 20251.0Avoid this place! 0 STARS! The worst experience ever! Paid for a packing pass back in June for an event today. Upon arrival the staff claimed there was no reservation after providing them with an active parking pass. Spoke to the “manager” who told us to come see him after the event. Trying to pick up the car was a nightmare. Went back to the “manager” who had no recollection of previous conversation. Provided us with a link which we needed to access to retrieve the car. After several minutes of back and forth trying to explain that the parking was already paid for the manager proceeded to hit confirm on the link provided which then charged my card for the already paid spot. Which I did not authorize btw and of course “they could not refund the money”! The “manager” has no customer service / problem solving/ conflict resolution skills. Had to call customer service of the original parking pass to resolve situation. They were dumbfounded as to why this place was claiming nothing was paid after providing them with parking pass. There was another woman there with the same issue. This place needs to do better and stop robbing people. Not worth the headache. Go somewhere else.

I handed one of them my keys and drove off after hearing what it cost to park there went to pacific and 6th av no keys . Went back for my keys they refused to give me back my key smh thieves
- BLBill LazzMay 30, 20251.0Lied to upon arrival by attendant as he let me know to ignore the link texted to me and I should pay upon retrieval. When I asked to pay upon return I was rudely told to sign up and pay online. I was ignored until I complied. Other attendant got angry and started cursing and other customers with kids told him to stop using foul language. Very unprofessional place. Busy is no excuse.
