From beginning to end - him and his TEAM were attentive, answered any and all questions we had. We felt they were transparent and had our family as top priority. Overall consider EMPIRE NISSAN of bay ridge when thinking of a new/ used / financed or leasing options as they were all available to us. Overall,My husband and I left very happy !

I dropped my car off a week ago and there was no update regarding what was going on or what was needed besides we will let you know. I requested a loaner car and that was not provided at the time of drop off nor was it even a option. I work for the city and I have to travel everyday and all I needed to know was updates regarding such. I been texting calling the store and the advisor that was assigned to me never follow up until day slater and does not even call me to handle my concerns or try to help me. I been calling the store asking about loaner cars and no response. When i did get a response from my advisor he stated there will be 2 cars coming in on 11/15/2025 I will call you when its ready. No update, no call and no response back to my message when I asked for an update. This is horrible service and if I didn't have my car there already and it was not needed to be worked on under the warranty I would of took my car back. I will never be back there again after this service.

We went to buy a used Chevrolet Suburban, but they were completely unhelpful. The salesperson, a finance manager named Redgie, brought in a friend of his. Despite us asking what the average price would be, he tried to hold the car back by making a move. We went to the Cargurus website and quoted the car for $56,700. We asked what would happen to us with interest, but they told us the car was not $56,700, but $59,000, then added car tax, plus ceramic coating. We said we didn't want ceramic coating. If you don't want it, we can get it by writing it down. Other dealerships will write something else instead of ceramic. So, these guys, and this guy named Regie, are supposedly the finance manager. Don't buy a car from these guys.

I know every dealler playing different his game but I never seen dealer rude like them. I asked them if %12 interest how much would be car final price they said our math is not good enough to calculate. I said them don’t worry we are not goimg to blame if our interest will be higher just we wanted to compare with brand new price and pre owned car price Anyway financial manager was so rude and he said his math not enough to calculate I advise him to other departmant to work.
