While waiting, I was then informed that my rear wiper blade needed replacement and that there was supposedly a nail in one of my tires. I agreed to the wiper blade but declined the tire service to check it out myself — and sure enough, there was no nail in the tire at all. That immediately raised a red flag. It’s disappointing to feel like unnecessary services were being pushed just to add extra charges. The oil change itself was fine, but the trust factor took a hit. Be cautious and double-check any “recommended” repairs before agreeing to them.

As soon as you come in for an oil change, you get an initial assessment of the maintenance needs. Then the customer rep provides you with a link so you can see the status of the car's appointment and any recommended services. My rep was Ceasar and I can't highlight enough how wonderful he was. He was very communicative throughout the process and kept me informed about all services. He made valuable recommendations that I know will help my car run better. I would definitely come back for that quality of care.
