  If I could give them no stars I would. I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday for the upcoming Saturday because my windshield is cracked. The appointment was confirmed and the money way taken, 1k and some change. That Friday I get a call while I’m at work, then I try to return the call and I got no answer. Then I get an email saying that due to the weather, they had to reschedule it and I should give them a call regarding availability, which I did. No one answered the phone after multiple call attempts and there was no way to leave a voicemail. The morning of I called again, and again, still no answer. So I go to the shop and I’m told that they tried to reach out to me because they don’t fix cars in the rain. That’s understandable but it did not rain. When I mentioned that to her she said they tried to reach me to confirm my appointment and when I didn’t respond they didn’t “order the part”. I made the appointment and paid 1k+ on Thursday, why would I miss an appointment I paid that much for? Then I read her the email I was sent because it didn’t mention anything about not ordering the part or confirming my appointment. She then says they can reschedule me for Wednesday because that’s the soonest they can get the part, I say ok fine. I live in brooklyn so I asked if they could just transfer me to the LIC safelite, she said they could. She was able to make the appointment for the following Friday, but now I have to wait for them to issue me a refund in a couple of days, before I can pay for the LIC safelite shop to fix my windshield. I just don’t understand why the communication is so off with this shop, a lot of things should have been communicated. I’m told two different things as excuses for why my windshield wasn’t fixed. Now I’m sitting here having to wait another week and maybe more because I have to wait for their refund and then affirms refund before I can get this large crack in my windshield fixed. I just hope it doesn’t get worse or cause me any harm.

  Excellent service, repair is done at my place, all I need is hand him car key. Technician re-attached all stickers and EZ pass mounts. Great job!

  This was my first experience having the windshield repaired in my carI. I was very concerned about the process; is the repair will be done properly, but everything was fast and easy. I'm satisfied with the results. I highly recommend it. Thanks to John; the tech; he did a great job.

  The day was supposed to have my windshield installed turned out to be a stormy day. They asked me to come to the dealer work area to replace my window, which I did. The window was replaced in a reasonable amount of time. It was replaced by after Mark windshield which I thought it was gonna be a place by original equipment windshield, but it wasn’t. I also thought it would be tinted, but I didn’t realize that till I got on the road and started heading home should be noted that it was out of state when the windshield was replaced and not in my home state the service was excellent. Well informed me did the repair at the time. I was happy with the repair like you say I’m unsure why the window was intended.
