  Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Safelite. I paid $420.28 three weeks ago for a windshield replacement, and my car STILL does not have a windshield installed. Technicians came to my home twice, and both times they were unable to complete the job because they said the correct glass had to be ordered. During the last visit, the technician told me the company would contact me to schedule a new appointment once the correct glass arrived. Instead of contacting me, Safelite sent emails saying the service was completed, which is completely inaccurate. So now Safelite has my full payment, but my car is still without a windshield and no one has bothered to contact me to fix the problem. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. At this point I just want someone from Safelite to finally take responsibility, contact me, and resolve this situation immediate

  I recently used Safelite to replace a cracked windshield, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The appointment was scheduled quickly, and the service was outstanding. I received helpful email updates throughout the process, the customer service representative was great to work with, and the technician, Arturo, was professional and efficient. He kept me informed every step of the way, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Safelite for anyone needing windshield repair or replace

  Waste of time. Had an appointment set since last week and they kept pushing it back and now the DAY OF the appointment they tell me they cant do it because “it takes time”. Ive had other independent glass dealers install a windshield on this SAME Truck before and it took an hour TOPS. Makes NO SENSE, BUT the BBB will definitely be receiving a complaint too.

  I don’t recommend this place.I would of giving them 5 stars but there service is horrible 1.I had to wait almost 2 weeks for saflite to come to.to installed my new glass.2 they call me to give me a 2 days earlier appointment but I had to drive to 1108 zerega where there located.3 they installed a use glass on my driver side door that had a stain on it.then I told the tech I don’t want that window so he removed it but I had to come back 2 days later for them to install the new glass which it was a waste of time and gas they should of gotten it right the first time.3 they don’t vacuum up the broken glass in the interior of your car. I had to do that myself and I clean my door panels and left my car looking brand new new and when the tech installed the new glass he left a stain on my door panel where the cup holders are luckily I was able to remove it with a cleaner otherwise safelite will have to buy me a new one. I don’t know why their service sucks now because I remember a few years ago they broke my wife glass from her car and they sent a technician the next day and he did a professional job and vacuum the interior. If you need your glass replacement I’m giving heads up so you don’t go through the same bad service I went through.
