- ATAnn TurchioeAug 13, 20254.0I am a monthly parker. Today while going out, the gate did not go up. Luckily an attendant was there and had me follow directions on the sign to text metropolis. The text response was to submit a payment. There should be an option to speak with someone or text them. I was not going to pay again since I already paid. Please adjust your text response. Thank you

First 26% then recently 3 % more, ripping the community. They say because of pricing etc and issues. Yet the bathroom are mostly closed, one elevator working, not always someone there, except during the day. Issues with the gates at times. The staff very nice and only so much they can do.
