  Working with Anita Grancaric at Volvo of Queens was such a great experience- so free of the "tactics" most salespeople subject one to when shopping for a new vehicle. Anita was so well informed about the vehicle, and so well attuned to our needs. She put no pressure on us to sign immediately or we'd lose our deal as so many other car salespeople often do. Anita is the consummate professional and it ceertainly a pleasure to work with someone so unobtrusive especially during these difficult times of Covid.

  I had been browsing for an SUV for quite some time and scheduled an appointment through email after researching how well the reviews were for this specific dealer was (which is usually uncommon regardless of how expensive a brand is!). I was impressed by the efficient response in scheduling something so quick without having to call or wait on anything. Branden Shulman set me up with his most experienced specialist and I could not have asked for a greater experience. From the minute I walked in, my product specialist, Peter Fearon, answered my millions of questions with such detail and professionalism. I was uncertain on what I wanted to choose and Peter did not sway me in anyway, but explained the quality of the vehicle and gave me his honest opinions. When it came down to pricing, everyone including Daniel Yankov and Robert Meyer, made sure they worked with me on the range I was looking for based on the specs of the vehicle! I test drove the XC40 momentum and inscription and ended up getting the inscription model. I also checked out many of the other SUVs in the showroom and Peter was patient and cool as a cucumber through the whole process! This is exactly the feeling you want when you’re making a huge financial decision. I’m grateful that this was such a smooth process and I’m sure you will have the same experience at this dealership! He was able to transport a vehicle from another dealer, prep for me to take home, complete all paperwork including my trade, all in less than 2 days! He even went out of his way to get the big red bow for me to take a picture of my new vehicle with lol! I definitely made the right choice! Thank you to all of you at Volvo of Queens, especially Peter!

  As soon as I walk in I was greeted warmly and was told a rep would be with me shortly. That's when Jason Pena came over and walked me through the showroom explaining in detail about each model and let me go for a test drive. I did not plan on signing anything that day but the offer was too good to pass up and after a couple of hours I had myself a new car. Professional and courteous, I can text Jason with any questions and he'll respond right away. Highly recommend.

  Unlike any other dealerships that I have been to! The staff here actually cares about customer service and doesn’t play any of the annoying “car dealer games.” Matthew and Michael helped me pick the right car for me and they took the time to explain all the features and answer all the questions I had without trying to hype me up about them. Even a minor issue that I had with the car after I took it home (the mirrors not folding when I locked the car) Michael did a follow up call and walked me through resetting them and everything is up and running now. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Volvo and with my new car too (I changed my mind from leasing a Mercedes) I will be coming back and I will highly recommend this dealership to my friends as well.
