  Great experience with Josh my sales guy! I'm sorry I forgot the name of my finance guy but he was good too! Also Alison was really nice and great! They treated me well and I would recommend buying from there! I feel like I got a fair deal. However, so far my experience with service is not the best. I probably will not go there for my service but time will tell. They wanted to charge me an outrageous amount just to activate my trailer brake controller! Takes like a few minutes. I already had it installed. Plus I'm having a hard time finding out what service was done prior to purchase so I can know when to get my oil changed. I do love my truck though!

  Absolutely the worst place to trust . After an incredibly bad experience and exchange with the head mechanic, I switched from them to scotch church garage. Best decision I’ve ever made for car care . Whereas browns was condescending and insulting, scotch church garage is exactly the opposite. Caring , professional, and involved with customer concerns. This occurred approximately three years ago. Haven’t been back since.

  Had johnstown browns get a 2014 ford escape from the Amsterdam location for my son. Was told there was $4500 worth of repairs done to it(brakes,tires)ect(not true). The brakes squeal like a pig in heat and the supposed new tires (both rear) are DOT stamped 2016(9yrs old) are dry rotted to the point their losing air daily and they won't replace them, they offered "you buy one we'll buy one" bullshit deal. This car is our 3rd car in 6yrs and would think a little customer appreciation would go somewhere but apparently not. So the person we deal with in johnstown I told her I'm done with them and all I got was a "ok" and she hung up on me. Stay away from both Brown Ford dealerships folks, when people tell you their service department is horrible their not lying.

  Drove onto the lot we stopped and looked salesman gave us time before coming over. I had done the research online before we came so we discussed the vehicle we were there to look at. The salesman was not pushy was very polite. Highly recommend to work with Thomas! Highly recommend getting a vehicle from there. Dean the finance officer was a pleasure to work with. To the point didn't mess around liked that he said he'd sit with you all day if he has to and that he is not there to do high end pushy sales. Been to several dealerships over the years and used to spending hours if not all day. Think this purchase was a record done in 2 hours in one day and the actual purchase appointment was only supposed to be a half hour but Thomas took his time going through the whole vehicle and it was just a great experience. If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go!
