- AUAlex U4 days ago1.0I usually have nothing but great things to say about this location. But after my experience today I'm very annoyed. I got my car washed 30 minutes before your closing time. Pulled into the exterior only line to get the outside of my car dried off. There were 4 employees outside talking and stacking trash cans. All 4 of them looked at me and then went back to what they were doing. Not one of them made any attempt to come over to my car. This is a standard service of yours, and I always tip very well to each person who cleans my car. But today I guess they were feeling lazy and didn't care about doing their job. So now I had to hurry home to dry my car off before it waterspots. I have all 3 of my vehicles on a membership and only come to this location because the service is always great. Today was the exact opposite of all my experiences there and left me rethinking my membership.

Now when the sun hits my windows I see hard water stains and it drives me crazy. I'm a professional window cleaner. Trust me when I say you will have a very hard time removing hard water spots!
