Horrible experience all around! Their machinery left major scratches on my front bumper of my brand new car! (1 month old) And minor scratches in my back door. The staff were apathetic through the entire process, only cared about selling their monthly packages, and presenting the highest price for a single wash as the only option. The wash was mediocre at best, streaks everywhere along with residuals of dirt. When in the process of filing a report, the staff member kept on making comments that it was not their issue, it wasn't possible for their machines to create that type of damage (even though their is three distinct semicircles obviously created by a rotating motion), and that based on his assessment and the picture he took no one was going to call me anyway.
This place is unprofessional and unethical, just extracting the last dollars of an aging facility.
Edit: still trash no accountability, from the employees or corporate.
