I visited this store . They ask and take photo of our couple drivers license. Phone number , ask too much personal information before they show us the car we plan to buy. And ask us sign some documents before they show the new car price and new car . Test drive is ok and friendly . But the price they quote is far more not reasonable. They start reduce price after my questions.but still not reasonable than others. They play games with me , several rounds. I do not enjoy play games . So I walk away and decide 100% NOT to do any deal with them . Do not leave your personal information there. The first guy we met there is nice ,the store management and sales procedure is full of games. Wish your business philosophy and policy change and NO games.

Great customer service! This was the best purchasing experience at a dealership we have ever had. The staff were not pushy and Lenni the salesperson was so sweet to my daughter. We purchased her very first new car and the whole staff that we came in contact with were really nice including the finance person!

I just can NOT believe I need breaks soon went my car is New (2025, 5 months old) and has only 36019 miles on, sound unreal
First time buying Toyota and last, at least Nissan breaks last 22000 miles
NOT happy with this company and dealership and car was Not ready went I bought it even after they called me 3 times tell me it was, I have to take the plastic out and put the Mat etc.. not wash ether,
I bought cars before with Nissan and Mazda and they done better job, and Toyota call me for service on my car, lying I need it,
Went I got the paperwork say is into 7500 miles and Brian tell me I need breaks went the car had only 36000 WTF, ( Juan Perez say, he was the mechanic).
I ask to a break local shop and they tell me can Not be true .. is too new and dealer should fix it for free is the case ..
.. Oh and Brian suggested maybe I show get a different car a hybrid so breaks last more.
Why not say …Toyota should put better brakes on car GR86.
I am 47 years old so I don’t do crazy stuff on my car, this car is not even that fast to do racing

Very good dealer, very transparent and clean with the deal. Everything star with the seller, in my case was Kris Solorzano, that is the firs impression and desire to buy a car. Kris very professional, intelligent, honest and transparent, he try the best to give you a Toyota, even give you an advice to do everything correct for the future to buy a new Toyota with other levels, very good finance they offer with same dealer, Toyota, everything is in home, at the same time with the app that you can do everything including payment, maintenance, etc. Everybody look respectful and professional. The most horrific experience ever!
If I could leave a 0-star review, I would! Instead of the promised 1-hour visit to patch a flat tire, it turned into a 6-hour nightmare! After sitting in the lobby for 2 hours and 30 minutes and hearing nothing from the service advisor who was working on my car, who, by the way, didn't even have a name tag, I went to his desk. He sent me to an assistant service manager, Michael McDermott, who told me they found a leak in the front driver's side axle, that the factory warranty covered it, and that they would need another 1.5 hours to fix it. Two more hours passed, and the service advisor came to me and said they had changed my tire because the patched tire was losing air. They never asked for my permission to change the tire. He told me it would cost me $406, including taxes! I was furious. He told me to speak to Michael McDermott. I went to his desk. He told me that he will fix the issue. At the end of the day, after another half an hour, they finally gave me my car back with a patch on the tire.
Miraculously, after I refused to pay $406, the tire stopped losing air! The service advisor suddenly disappeared from his desk. I asked Michael McDermott if they were letting me go with a tire that was losing air. He looked straight into my eyes, smirked, and said the tire wasn't losing air and it was safe to drive. These people are so unprofessional and dishonest. They are trying to rip off anyone and everyone they can. Shame on the service advisor without a name tag, shame on Michael McDermott, and shame on the entire Toyota dealership on Sahara! Please stay away from these cram artists!
