  It was ok I took my car for a recall (free) and you can see how that meant you are not worth our time. I was told a bit of what the recall was about but I was never explained their findings and if there is something to watch out for. I guess I don’t matter because I didn’t purchase anything. I might have if it wasn’t for the poor service I had to wait for over an hour for the shuttle to take me home and just to get yelled at by the driver saying he called me even though he called the wrong number not the one on file. I was thankful for a different driver to come over and smooth things out he is the reason I gave 3 stars and he sold me on upgrading my car. Definitely not at this Toyota I’m still really upset.

  First off, Kris Solo was great to us. We went in ready to buy a car we saw online. He was straight to the point and was getting us a great deal. We would have purchased and were already doing numbers, but then another salesman came up and rudely demanded the keys. When Kris questioned him, the other guys response was “the deals already done”. Kris apologized profusely to us but his coworker said nothing. After that, we were glad we did not give that place our business. Kris is awesome, but the other guy should have apologized to us and to his coworker! It was extremely unprofessional and we won’t be back.

  It was a rainy day in Las Vegas. We decided to visit our local Toyota dealership. Our visit was friendly and extremely smooth Isaiah, our salesman was more than helpful in getting us in a vehicle that fit our budget and lifestyle Frankie processed our application remarkably fast!!! Tim finance manager was friendly and did not push extra warranties on us. It's the part you dread the most and it was quite refreshing. And again remarkably fast!! I remember a time when you would have to spend all day at the dealership we were in and out in three hours Thanks 👏🏼👏🏼😎👏🏼👏🏼 I highly recommend this location for your next car purchase

  I've been needing to write this review for a long time. I purchased my SUV around 2021, when they gave it to me it was so dirty. They did not deep clean it inside, I literally had a bag full of trash from the previous owner & there was still SO much crumbs in the console, after the said they are keeping it an extra day after I purchased it to detail it. They did sloppy work. Fast forward late 2023 I sold my vehicle back to them & for all these months & they keep calling to ask if I want to sell them my car back. I've told them each time to please stop calling me & update my profile because I already sold it back to them in 2023 & I live in another state. I try to be kind but my goodness this is beyond frustrating how they keep calling me still. Please leave me alone & delete anything about me

  From the second I walked in to Toyota of Las Vegas I was treated like a king. My salesperson, Randy, was awesome! He guided me and helped me make a decision without any pressure at all. He was so knowledgeable about the Toyota I bought. I have purchased Toyotas in the past from another Toyota dealership in town and my experience was no where near as good as it was from Toyota of Las Vegas. There is a vibe in other dealerships where it feels like salespeople are out for themselves. The vibe at Toyota of Las Vegas is completely the opposite. I watched a group of salespeople who were working together and helping each other. They are a team there. I said to myself if I was going to sell cars this is where I would eotk. Also, the manager. Vinnie, is a rockstar! That dealership is fortunate to have a manager like Vinnie. And lastly, I am grateful beyond words from the help I received from another manager, Mark Preston. Mark, thank you so very very much. This purchase would not have happened without your guidance. If anyone is going to buy a Toyota please don't go anywhere but Toyota of Las Vegas on E. Sahara. Thank you to everyone at Toyota of Las Vegas!!!!!
