Make your way to the left lane. Going down the ramp following the SIXT signs slowly. At the bottom of the ramp be prepared to do a U-turn into the SIXT entrance. Proceed passed the barrier (Do not Reverse). On the two left return lanes marked SIXT you may park closest to the front of the line marked SIXT with a stop sign. - JZJacky ZhangDec 16, 20255.0I want to thank the lady at car return office today (12/16/25 about 1.30pm) for her help on the refueling issue I had. I did check the ‘fuel for me’ option when picking up the car and I recall my card was charged around $270 ($200 deposit and ~$70 for refuel). The amount was pending at the time of picking up but somehow it disappeared when I checked again when returning the car. The lady helped me so I could refuel the car myself and avoid ed the hefty charge by Sixt.
- BBBenazirDec 15, 20252.0I had prepaid for my premium rental. I only needed them to add supplemental liability insurance. I clearly said I need nothing else but the supplemental insurance. The rep just shared my initial total and my final total and I went ahead and paid. It did trouble me for a sec that the additional amount was $42 for a day. I didn't check my reciept and just walked over to get the car since I was in a rush and there was a long queue even at 8:30am. To my surprise, the rep added some plus option which included accidental insurance personal property insurance roadside assistance and what not. WTH!!! I still didn't mind cause it was just for a say and I didn't have time to go back and rectify this. So I went on with my life. However, I needed to extend the rental one more day. I called them up to ask if they can adjust the price and just give me the basic supplement liability for the next day. They said they couldn't do anything about it. :(( It's so surprising they couldn't make any adjustments. However, I wonder if I wanted to add something to my reservation they would happily do it. Right?

They were very clear on paperwork and explained things very well. They worked with us, answered our questions, and made sure that we were able to get the car we had originally booked through an online company. The manager was very nice and made sure that we had a positive experience. Would rent a car from Sixt in Las Vegas again!!!

They try to scam you with insurances you don’t need, using phrases like ‘Do you want full or limited coverage…’ But actually what you need is NO COVERAGE, because you already have those insurances through credit card or prepaid. They won’t tell you that and what you added at the counter absolutelly can’t be refunded. Their cars are trash as well, cracks in the windshield, dents in the front and side, abnormal engine light etc. And no they can’t change another because that is the only one available, or you could waste two hours waiting and ruin your plan for the day. I would NEVER rent from the location again.

Booked through Expedia got to counter was told there was a credit since We wouldn’t have it for 3 full days so to NOT fill the fuel up…. That was the first lie…. Got the paper and went down to get the keys and they couldn’t find the suv keys that we ordered, so tired to give a shit jeep. We were like no…. we want a Chevy suv like we ordered…. Finally gave a they keys and looked on the new paper and they charged for an upgrade!!!! we never got an upgrade! geez said something, and got a new paper with it deleted. Upon return we did Not fuel it up since the lady said not to. And they literally charged my credit card for an extra 60 for fuel and the damn upgrade. Called and complained and they refunded the upgrade but not the fuel. Even after I emailed and called… scam artist!!! Grrr so mad!!
