  I had the unfortunate experience of working with Tony Waller. For a week we talked over the phone about the car, what we’ll pay when I come in and the monthly payment. He continuously lied. He told me over the phone that I was approved to put $1500 down. (I had already said I could only do $1300 multiple times). When I come in I say the highest I’ll put down is $1400 (despite us already agreeing on $1300 three times before I came in). He says he’ll “see what he can do” then comes with a paper saying $2660 down and $615/month for a car that’s $19.4k and said it’s “the best he can do”… Understandable but don’t tell me over and over that I can bring in an amount and once I get there ask me to pay double AND lie about me being approved for the car.. what a guy. I have screenshots of our text with him repeatedly lying to get me into the dealership. I left empty handed which I expected but nonetheless it’s still disappointing.

  This location, in Centennial Hills, is fantastic. Recently had routine service performed on my 2020 Honda Accord Sport. The service advisor, Noah, was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Yes, service at the dealer does cost a little more. However, it is 100% worth it, for the piece of mind and quality provided by Findlay Honda Centennial Hills. PLEASE NOTE: This review does not apply to their location in Henderson. I will never step foot in that place again. It has nothing to do with the service department. It's the new vehicle sales team that is horrendous. Both the salesperson and sales manager were horrible in Henderson. Even while I lived in Henderson; I was making the drive to Centennial Hills to avoid the other location completely.

  After shopping three different Honda dealerships through their CRM systems, only Findlay Honda actually read my email, responded quickly, and gave clear, direct answers to every question I asked. They also provided transparent pricing upfront—and honored it exactly when I arrived at the dealership. By contrast, the other dealerships tried the usual games: • undervaluing my trade, • shifting prices, and • sending quotes with rebates I didn’t qualify for to make their offer look better and get me in the door. Findlay Honda stood out by doing the opposite. The entire process was simple, seamless, and stress-free. Huge thank-you to George Needo and the team. The automotive industry is finally changing, and dealerships like Findlay Honda are proving that honesty and transparency can still exist in car buying.   I would like to recognize Deven for the outstanding service he provided during my recent visit. He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. His positive attitude and genuine commitment to customer care made the experience truly exceptional. I have worked with many service representatives in the past, but Deven stands out as by far the best. His level of customer service reflects extremely well on Honda, and I believe he deserves to be commended. If anyone has earned a raise or recognition, it is him! Thank you for having such a dedicated and personable team member.

  I just purchased a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Hatchback from Findlay Honda Centennial Hills and I couldn't be happier with the entire process! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. My salesperson, Nelson, was absolutely fantastic to work with. They were incredibly knowledgeable about all the features of the car and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without being pushy. I had a few questions about quality and reliabilty and they answered everything thoroughly and patiently. The financing process with Max was also a breeze. They laid out all my options clearly, and there were no last-minute surprises or hidden fees. The final price was exactly as negotiated. Overall, I felt valued and respected throughout the entire purchase. This team really goes above and beyond for their customers.
