Save yourself time call Autonation Honda east (ask for Jon) or Honda west (internet sales). They don’t waste time, they gave me basically their best prices right away without any hassle or back and forth. They were even willing to show/give me the vehicle invoices for verification prior to signing anything. Best of all they didn’t waste my time needing to go to dealer. Spoke over the phone and sent me docs online. The day I walked out and gave up on Findlay, I called Autonation for their best price. I showed up and they honored everything they said via phone/email and bought the car that night. (Btw they didn’t try to sell me on add-ons or warranties AT ALL.) Trust me call these 2 dealers.
Now to Findlay, they say you can’t take off those mandatory 2-4k add-ons like the ceramic coating, and bumper stuff. They can’t make you purchase anything, they kept saying they can’t take it off. After 7 attempts, I finally told them I didn’t ask for those features to be added and I wouldn’t pay it. All of a sudden they could take it all off. Also they charged for tint (understandably), the other dealer I purchased mine from didn’t charge nor bother to mention it until I saw it in person. I noticed it was tinted. I said it wasn’t in the paperwork and I didn’t agree to pay any tint from dealer. He just said it comes with the car and no charge. Was even willing to double check paperwork to see if there was charge for it since I didn’t agree prior to arrival. (Spoiler: It wasn’t)
I didn’t ask for it, but Finely was giving me credit for the premium paint and 1k general credit just to. It was all in the paperwork they gave me. Once I told them I didn’t want the mandatory extras (plus optionals like the tracker, spare keys, window protection) which was like another 5-8k, the little discount magically went away. Every time I attempted to bring up the free paint and what happens to the discounts they would tip toe around it without addressing it.
Furthermore they would say corporate/National Honda promotions were not available if I got any of their promotions. Which isn’t true. Once I called them out all of a sudden they were like obvious to ever saying such “who told you that?” umm you guys did.
They ultimately were the cliche dealership that tries their hardest to get you in person and keep you hostage until you sign something. Literally, this salesman Johnathan or something cut me off and wouldn’t get out of my face in the parking lot.
The more I caught them on lies or tricks, the more they got aggressive and rude. At the end of the day I only kept trying to work with them since I started with them and location preference. Once
the facade dropped they weren’t considerate of my time and acted like they were doing me a favor of being willing to take my money.
Save your time go to Honda west or Autonation east. And if you’re set on buying here, know all those mandatory can be removed, they just want you to finance an extra 2-3k for profit.
I bought the car at Findlay and now I’m getting it serviced there as well. I love this dealership. Each service rep has been amazing, Sean was the most recent and what a great guy! Friendly, helpful, informative and attentive. Price was right too!! I will be bringing my car to Findlay over and over again.
There's a ton of dealerships on the road but I'm glad I picked Findlay Honda. Not only did I get my dream car but I get excellent service. I'm in contact with the sales person still, always following up and helping me out 3 months later. Finally got my 1st complimentary oil change and tire rotation at 3k miles. They actually rotated my tires unlike Honda West, because my TPS sensors actually needed to be recalibrated since they were moved. Quick and friendly, car is running great. <knock on wood>
If you want to get that new Honda I'd suggest talking to Isiah and he'll get you setup with the car and price you want.

I bought my Pilot from here during the Great Car Shortage, because they were the only place in town that had a 3 rows of seat SUVs available immediately (originally was looking at replacing my Grand Caravan but Dodge had just discontinued them, and I was originally going for an Odyssey but I hate pull out seats and wanted Stow And Go). Never had owned a Honda, wasn't sure I'd like it. Absolutely no regrets. Findlay Honda Centennial has been amazing in their service department (props to the original Devin and now Deven Peterson!), Also, appreciate the fact the waiting room has not only the sofas around the TV option, but the I'm AntiSocial tall tables with 2 stiff chairs near outlets, because I get to work without distraction.

So I’m in the process of buying a vehicle for my wife and I. And I thought let me try this place one more time even though I know the sales rep that worked with me no longer works here any more.
Last week I put an interest on a Honda Trail sport elite. And I was reached out by a gentleman in regards to my interest (will not mention any names). And we set up appointment together in regards to The trail sport. I did tell him that I may be coming earlier than expected, and I was informed that would be OK. While arriving to the lot, I was greeted by a sales rep and I told him who I am seeing and he told me I can go ahead and take a seat in the lobby, and he will inform The representative that reached out to me. While I was walking into the lobby, I was greeted also by the receptionist as well and I Told her about the same story that I told the gentleman outside.
So I sat in the lobby waited for 30 minutes, and There were multiple Honda employees that walked past me and didn’t even ask if I was being helped or anything like that.
Even the sales rep that greeted me at the lot came inside their building, looked at me and didn’t even give me an update.
So I decided to walk away from the dealership, even the receptionist tried to help me out, but I told her that it’s OK I’m just gonna go.
Later that night, I was reached out by the manager, told him the same story. And he apologized and informed me they had a meeting about this and they take things like this serious. And I told him I understand but there just got to be some sort of communication. Again, I will not mention names.
The following day I reached out to the manager to see if he was working and he confirmed, I asked if I can come by so we can discuss about the trail sport elite and never got a response so I assumed he was busy just like everyone else so I waited. But Until now I have not received a response and it’s been about a week.
This is really disappointing because I bought a vehicle from this same dealership couple years ago and didn’t have an issue and I was happy with the service and unfortunately, the sales rep that I worked with in the past no longer works with this company. And his communication was really good and was never pushy and understanding. I wish that sales rep was still working here.
Nothing has changed since about 1-2 years ago when I bought my last car from them. Communication is not there.
