My 2022 Chevy Colorado with 53000 miles Engine blow on the I-15 freeway on Friday at around 1:30 pm on 11-14-25 in Las Vegas Nevada as I was on my way to work. I immediately started losing acceleration power I had to think quick I somehow worked my way over three lanes to the right shoulder without causing a major accident. Not thinking that my engine just blew I had it towed to a Ted Wiens by my house That’s where after an inspection they told me there’s a hole in the bottom of my engine block and I will need a new motor That’s when I called Finley Chevrolet around 3 PM. They did send a tow truck from AAA. I asked Them how it can go about a rental vehicle or a loaner car from them. They told me I would have to speak to them in person about that. So I ride with a tow truck on my way to the dealership I received a call from Lana a service advisor there saying there’s nothing they could do about a rental vehicle or a loaner car because the company they Work with closed At 4 PM and they called me at 4:37 I asked to speak to a manager, she connected me to Bobby. He proceeded to tell me the same things so I asked him. Why didn’t they inform Me that the company they work with closes at 4 PM when I called them at 3 PM and they specifically told me I had to be there in person. He said it was just a mistake that the people that answer the phones are in a call center. I called Finley Chevrolet on Saturday to check on my truck and they said there was no progress on the truck. They won’t check on it until Tuesday. So that leaves me five days with no vehicle until I have to wait and hear what they say.I am not very pleased How Finley Chevrolet is handling this situation so far. I hope to hear from them on Tuesday. And I just received a text message saying that they missed me and I didn’t take my truck there as they scheduled me for a 6:30 PM appointment on Friday night and I dropped the truck off about 5:00pm with the tow truck driver so I hope this text message was just a mistake as well cause my truck is there sitting in the parking lot not being worked on.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience with the purchasing process. Brandon was a great sales rep and he did try his best to get us into a good deal considering that I wanted to purchase two vehicles that same day. As far as the aftermath for one of the vehicles, I will say I’m not pleased, satisfied, nor content due to the amount of times that I’ve had to go to the service department for a 2026 Chevy Trax. It’s not a dealership issue, more so a GM issue that I’m not pleased about. The service department has evaluated and tried to fix the issue, but according to them it’s something cannot be resolved due to the way the car was made and the type of engine. Unfortunately, my vehicle has spent more time in the service department compared to the amount of time I’ve personally have had it. I’ve spoken to several managers and explained the situation, as well as provided numerous examples via video recordings to show them the situation.
Other than that, very attentive sales reps. I just wish my experience thus far had been better considering that one of the vehicles is a 2026 and should not be making rattling sounds nor having issues with the screen.

I bought my 2020 Camaro from this dealership and have been coming to get my oil changed for years. I’ve never had an issue and the service has always been great. This last time however; I was very disappointed. I brought my car in for an 11 am appointment on a Saturday. The service advisor, Rodrigo, took care of me and I shared a concern I had with my drivers side window not rolling down. He told me they would take a look and get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. I dropped my vehicle off and left.
Fast forward to almost 3 pm and I still have not received a call nor text about my vehicle being ready for pickup. I did not have his number to call so I decided to just drive to the dealership since I needed my vehicle and the service department was going to close soon. I arrived to the dealership and saw my vehicle parked outside. I went to look for Rodrigo and I found out that he had gone home for the day! He had just left my keys at the cashier. That was unacceptable to me. If I hadn’t made the decision to drive down there to see if my car was done then I would not have received any notification about my vehicle being ready. I also did not receive a quote to fix my window. I was very disappointed in the experience. I asked to speak to a supervisor and all he said was “sorry.” Unacceptable. I will be going somewhere else to get my oil changed from now on.

I’m writing this review because I am extremely upset. I purchased 2 brand new cars from Findlay Chevrolet this year within a 3 month period. The first, a 2025 Equinox EV, was purchased in April. My salesman for that car was extremely inattentive. He seemed as if he could care less that I was buying a new car. He seemed bothered by having to help me. He never called to see how my experience was or if everything was going well with the car. I don’t remember his name. When I went back to buy the next car for my daughter, a 2026 Chevy Trax, I didn’t ask for him. I had a salesman named David Rothrock. This man was the only good experience I had with this dealership. He was kind, attentive and seemed to actually care about his customer. He called after to make sure everything was alright and even told my daughter to come in for her first tank of gas. 5 months after the purchase of the first car, I was hit from behind at a stop sign. I called Findlay Service to bring it in. I was told they do not do body work there but recommended AW Collision. Under that advisement, I called and made an appointment. It is now more than 2 months later and I attempted to pick my car up for the 5th time today. Each time I go back something else is wrong.(Because of the damage they had to replace the whole tailgate, bumper, tail lights, rear grill and rear side panels.) All in all they painted a black panel red. The trunk was misaligned by over an inch, numerous times. There was dirt under the paint. The black gloss was painted Matt. There were finger prints in the paint. The tail lights were scratched. The bumper panels were misaligned. The rubber from the tail gate was sticking out. They didn’t buff the edges of the pieces they put in and then didn’t put them in properly so they then attempted to push those pieces in with what I can only assume was a screwdriver or something similar because of all the marks and chipped the paint and attempted to cover it with touch up paint. The panel above the tire was loose and they painted one of the back corner panels a completely different red than the rest of the car. The tail gate is so misaligned that there are now scrape marks visible when the trunk opens. I have spoken to Kyle who is the adjuster and Shaun, the manager and was told that it’s a used car and it’s to be expected. Excuse me???? It was only 5 months old and in perfect condition! The other excuse is that there are so many plastic clips and that’s just how they go on. They admitted to me that their painter is bad and that they are getting another one on Monday. I felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere. Throughout this process I called to speak to the service manager at Findlay twice and was told he would call me back. I explained to whoever answered that I was calling because I didn’t want them recommending this body shop to anyone else because I didn’t want anyone else to have to go through this. The manager never called me back. Out of desperation I called my salesman. He told me that he was sorry for the experience and he would relay it all to the service manager and if it was still wrong next time I went back to take pictures and send them to him. When I was attempting to pick the car up today for the fifth time, I called again to speak to the service manager. The receptionist who answered, Samara (sp?) didn’t put me on hold quick enough and I heard her say with irritation, ‘Uugh this lady!’ When finally speaking to one of the managers, ( I don’t remember his name), he listened and then spoke to the manager at AW but that was basically it.
I am extremely disappointed, aggravated and upset. I miss my car and I feel now that it will never be the same. I was considering the purchase of another car from Findlay but that will definitely NOT be happening!
Below are only a few pictures of all the shotty work.

5-Star Review for Findlay Chevrolet - Las Vegas, NV
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Outstanding Car-Buying Experience from Start to Finish!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Findlay Chevrolet in Las Vegas, and I can confidently say this was the smoothest, most professional dealership experience I’ve ever had — even buying from out of state in Arizona!
Armando was an absolute superstar. From day one, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to finding me the perfect vehicle at the best possible price. He secured every discount and incentive available, kept me fully informed with constant updates, detailed photos, and walkthrough videos — making the long-distance process feel effortless. When we flew in, Armando personally picked us up from the airport — talk about going above and beyond! A true class act and a pleasure to work with.
In finance, Michael was equally impressive. He took the time to explain all our options clearly and secured us an excellent interest rate along with a top-tier warranty package that gave us complete peace of mind. No pressure, just smart, honest guidance.
Finally, Christine capped off the day with a thorough, patient walkthrough of the vehicle’s features, ensuring we were 100% comfortable and confident before driving off the lot.
This dream team executed flawlessly across sales, finance, and delivery. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you like family and delivers exceptional service at every step, look no further than Findlay Chevrolet.
Thank you, Armando, Michael, and Christine — you’ve earned a customer for life! 🚗💼✨
Highly recommend to anyone in Nevada, Arizona, or beyond!
