Thank you to my Salesperson Gabriel Barajas, as he was very helpful in finding the truck I was looking for and answering questions. Also, Yousef in Finance who was very knowledgeable about extended warranties, and processed our paperwork in a timely manner. Although, I feel that someone could have spent more time on the final walk through detailing the vehicle's features. Otherwise, I am extremely satisfied with my Chevrolet Colorado purchase from Findlay Chevrolet.
Five-star experience at Findlay Chevrolet! Picked up a new 2500HD LTZ Trail Boss and couldn't be happier. Hector was fantastic and super knowledgeable about the truck’s features and gave me the honest breakdown I needed to feel confident in my choice. I also had the opportunity to meet the General Sales Manager, Newell, who was very thoughtful and thorough. Martrell in finance was a pro and made the final steps a breeze. Thanks to the whole team for making this such a great experience. Highly recommend!

Working with David R. at Findlay Chevrolet was a great experience from start to finish. I’ll be honest — I’m a very particular customer and I’ve been through plenty of dealerships, so I know how the process usually goes. I value building a real relationship, keeping the process smooth, fast, and straightforward, and minimizing the back-and-forth negotiations.
David and the team absolutely delivered on all of that. They were professional, transparent, easy to work with, and made the entire experience stress-free. The communication was excellent and they respected our time, which goes a long way.
We’re extremely happy with our purchase of our 2026 C8 Z06 and couldn’t be more satisfied with how everything was handled. Highly recommend David and the team at Findlay Chevrolet if you want a dealership experience that’s actually enjoyable.

The issue was, completely random, but essentially my key fobs were no longer being recognized with my car and my car’s “anti-theft” system turned on out of nowhere. I was able to get my car to my TRUSTED mechanic who advised it was an electrical issue that ONLY my dealership could fix, which was the ONLY reason I brought it here. The key fobs needed to be re-programmed to my car.
I left my car on Thursday at 11:30am. My service advisor was Nancy. She did ask if I was dropping it but with ZERO indication that meant overnight. She told me at 1:30pm “I will have answers PROBABLY by tomorrow.” I called right away and was like it’s still the middle of the afternoon there’s no way to get it even looked at today??? Basically the answer was NO.
Waited a bit for an update. Had to call myself for an update, waited until about 11:30am (24 hrs since left) and didn’t reach Nancy, and didn’t get a call back until around 12:30. The update was basically they couldn’t get the car to recalibrate with my (2) current key fobs. The new update came with an approval of $955+. She stated I needed TWO new key fobs at an outrageous price and yet again, those wouldn’t be here til tomorrow. I said there is NO WAY I’m spending that much AND I now had to wait another day?? I wasn’t expecting to leave it for 24 hours to begin with, let alone 48 hours. *IF* this was the only solution, I was only buying one key fob. In the midst of all this, apparently the key fob DID arrive on Friday now, however the NEW fob was not communicating with my car now either, so still had to wait another day regardless.
My partner found an email from these reviews for a supervisor, John G, who I wrote my displeasure and the lack of communication between Nancy, and it is now Tuesday he never even gave me the time of day to respond.
Saturday rolls around, surprise surprise, I had to reach out AGAIN for an update. Communication is abysmal at this place. By 12:30 pm, Nancy has not given me a call back on a new update, John G has not responded as mentioned. I called the general service line to get transferred to a supervisor. I was then stuck on a transfer for 30 min with no indication I would speak to anybody. My partner called back on her phone to get the service line saying “we think we were forgotten about” and she used the excuse they were “understaffed” and was very rude as well.
Almost at the end here but need all components of this review in for it all to make sense. I finally spoke to a supervisor, Wayne, who at the time was actually understanding and made me feel better *a little bit.* We’re now at 48 hours + since they had my car and Wayne is saying he will get me a loaner. I’m like huh? I thought it would be done today. He said now they have 2 car technicians working on it instead of 1 they just really don’t know the issue. Like “K fine” at least they offering a loaner (something that was doesn’t previously even though I didn’t have my car back yet).
My partner was able to take me down around 2pm on Saturday. I get to Nancy’s desk and she sees me and goes “your car is ready” I’m like well that’s freaking great and unexpected. Apparently the issue was found right before I got there and the issue was “corrosion & water damage” making the key fob issue. Getting my car back was MUCH better than a loaner I didn’t want.
Now, the final kicker. I was returned the 2 “old” fobs along with the new one I *HAD* to purchase. Yesterday, for the hell of it, I tried my old key fobs. Not only does my spare work but BOTH key fobs work now. Seems like after they found the corrosion, they didn’t even TRY the old key fobs. I had purchased and spent money I didn’t need to on a key fob when the issue was the corrosion.
I called Wayne’s “personal number” yesterday because after all this I’m just beyond pissed and frustrated. Left a voicemail and guess what, have yet to hear back. As mentioned in the beginning, I ONLY went here because I HAD to. I was annoyed I had to go here and BEYOND annoyed by the time and money spent and EXTREME lack of communication

HORRIBLE experience with sneaky, thirsty salesmen. Called prior to coming in to ensure my app would be accepted and they had me come down saying it was fine. Got us in a car all to make us take it back bc they couldn’t secure financing on it for the same reason we called before we came. Lots of incompetence every step of the way, and an unprofessional TROLL that couldn’t spell to save her life was texting my back up phone daily about bringing this car (who’s check engine light came on same day we drove off the lot) back. Horrible experience, they invest a lot of time into wasting your time. Thank goodness we had a back up plan bc we would literally be screwed if we left it up to doing business with them.
