They are honest, I get an excellent service and am also being kept well-informed. I get appointments very quickly, am very satisfied with their work and the cost. I highly recommend their business.
- AEAndrew EngelDec 22, 20251.0I called this company and got a quote for two vehicles with poorly-performing AC. Gentleman came out and hooked up one car, said it was basically full of freon, and then hooked up to the second car and said it was full as well. He said there wasn't anything he could do, and rattled off a few suggestions like power washing the radiator and then left in under 20 minutes. I get the full bill after he left and I then send him a text asking if I was getting billed for the two full service calls and he immediately calls me being very defensive. I felt the double-charge was a bit much given how little he admitted he did given the situation. He immediately starts questioning my integrity and manhood (which was weird) and then eventually insinuates I must be too poor to pay the entire amount, and he would help me out by halving the bill. Ignoring the insult, I agreed because I felt that was fair to pay for a single service call since he did come out regardless of work done. I quickly ended the call but he was undeterred, sending the rest of the attached texts after, as he went off on a bit of a bizarre rant, sending me screenshots of his bank account and again questioning my manhood. Given how unhinged he was I was hesitant to post a negative review because he knew where I lived and I wanted no more interactions with this person. He claimed to be the owner which is crazy given the lack of professionalism.

He personally came to my house, charged the battery, took the car to the shop for an oil change, detailed it, and even replaced the key batteries at no extra charge. That level of service is rare to find. My Urus looks and runs great, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Executive Auto Service, if I could give them 10 stars, I would!
