I haven't visit this location since the name change and been going here for years went every month .But recently my car received a scratch and a dent on my 2025. The guys in the driveway I approached after stated I can fill an incident form out they had more customer service then the actual manager. I asked them if they had issues with car being scratched they stated yes on the side panels and on people's rims. The manger he said his name was Dorien M. He came out and without any type of let me look into it to see or you can fill out a report and we run camera footage he automatically said his equipment equipment couldn't have done that. His customer service is bad and he was totally brushing it off. I asked him if any vehicles been damaged her he said not one since the new equipment been installed. I told him the people working here told me something different. I filled out a report and we will see what happens with that. They said they do a follow up in 72 hours but avoid this location it's plenty of car washes on every corner in Vegas avoid this company since the name change the new equipment definitely is an issue. I wonder if this is the reason for the name change at these locations. The workers told me they didn't get bought out they just changed the name. Up the prices on service and get your vehicle damaged.

Told them to leave me alone and let me buy my own car wash and still had two employees aggressively pushing to sign up for a subscription service I do not want. Will make it my life's mission to put them out of business.
