Ed Urban did a wonderful job helping us get our class A coach repaired. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and transparent through the process and helped me find a solution to expedite the repair process when time was critical for me. Excellent customer service highly recommend Ed for servicing your RV!

When I arrived with my entire family for the second time and confirmed the unit was the correct one, the salesman suddenly told me they needed more money than the price their manager had already approved three separate times. Their excuse was that they “thought I was from California” and claimed that meant they had calculated the out-the-door price incorrectly, (they said they wouldn't have collected taxes if i was from California) even though I had verified the exact OTD amount while I was standing at the bank. No reputable dealer “accidentally” miscalculates taxes three times or changes a confirmed out-the-door price at the last minute. At that point, it was clear their word meant nothing, and the price changes were intentional, not a mistake.

Absolute complete con artists!! Total swindlers, all of them!! They took a $500 deposit to hold a Class A for us, they ran the financing, got the approval, all that. Decided we weren’t fully ready to commit, asked for our $500 deposit back and moved on. THREE DAYS LATER, the SAME Class A is on sale on their website for almost $30K LESS than what they were trying to get us to finance. I have screenshots and receipts. TOTAL CROOKS!!! They have been reported to the NCA and NV Attorney General’s office.

Service guy tells me to be there at 9 and leaves me waiting in his dirty office until 9:15. After saying he’s going to check the VIN he tells me my awning, which broke the 1st day I used it was hit, it wasn’t. He tells me there’s scrapes all down it, there’s not. Don’t buy Coleman and don’t but from or use camping world. I don’t even care about the awning, I told him he could just take it off over the phone, he was just a jerk. I just wanted my bearings greased and after a 10 minute phone call a few days ago, making a 9 o’clock appointment that the service person wasn’t there for, I shouldn’t have to hang out at the dealer for an hour to get things rolling, I wanted to drop my trailer off and go.

So my review is kind of a mixed bag. I had a horrible experience in St. George Utah, where the sales people acted like I was wasting their time and if you read other people’s reviews from the St. George location, they experienced the same thing but I had found a camper up there that I really liked so I went down to the Las Vegas location and they stepped up to the plate and went and got the camper and helped me to complete the transaction. The salesman was very attentive until now when I have a few concerns and now he is MIA and doesn’t respond. I guess the business practice is make the sale and wash your hands of the customer. I paid $1495 for what they call a pre-delivery inspection and for the most part they did a good job because they found safety issues with the camper that they replaced but both the technician and the salesman said they are very thorough and meticulous and go through everything but that wound up not being the case because one of my slide outs had a sweeper seal that was bad that they should’ve caught because there was adhesive all over the top of the slide out and also my refrigerator is not working on electricity, but it is working on gas, which could possibly be a computer board that they should’ve caught and I took their word for it that they would check everything and I specifically asked the technician if they were checking the refrigerator for a full function and he said yes, they go through the entire camper, but clearly that was not the case and when I opened the access panel for all the electronics of the refrigerator, it was caked with Utah dirt that could’ve been blown out and the compartment could’ve been clean, but clearly they did not access that panel or do an inspection in there so I’m hoping that they do the right thing and fix the refrigerator even though it’s a used unit because I made them aware of this less than two weeks of having the unit and not even having a chance to use the camper yet …. and I’m kind of disappointed because now that the Sale is done the salesman is MIA with no responsive… when I did my walk-through before taking delivery of the camper, I was rushed through the walk-through and asked questions and like I said, I was told that everything was gonna be checked because they were not done repairing the camper at that time when I did the walk-through… make sure that you do your homework Before making a purchase….. One positive thing I will say as well is that the service department was very quick to do the repair for me on the slide out sweeper seal and they had it back to me within two days So I’m hoping like I said that they do the right thing and step up and fix this refrigerator… sent and email to several people with no response. Went camping for the first time and the kitchen sink faucet is leaking in a spot that can’t be repaired and has to be replaced because it’s dripping down and damaging the counter top. Very disappointed about attention to detail…
