  my daughter‘s car was damaged by someone breaking into it. Imperial quoted me $2500 to fix a back window and some damage around the steering column. I thought this was totally outrageous and overpriced. I ended up getting the vehicle fixed at another location for $430. Without going through a lot of detail, trust me, this was one of the largest scams in The history of automotive scams.

  This business was recommended and it was a nightmare!!! If I could give negative rating I would! They had vehicle for 3½ weeks and didn't fix computer problem at all, actually vehicle was damaged, couldn't open driver door had to crawl in passenger side and hitch was missing and trailer plug was smashed! Customer service is horrific!!!

  This is a great family business that really takes care of their customers. I'm very happy with the overall experience I had here. And my car's driveline is fixed right this time and that's awesome 👍. I've had some sketchy experiences with other Auto shops. Rest assured, they care about their customers and that's what matters. And of course they do good work. Thanks again!

  I went here on a recommendation from a coworker. And I wasn't disappointed. The prices are fair by my standards and the work is excellent. They run this auto-repair shop. Like the ones we used to know, honestly and with integrity.
