    I was down the street at the DMV and needed a safety inspection for my salvaged vehicle. They took me in right away as a walk up and I was out within 30 minutes. Very friendly staff and fair prices.

    Did the smog rejected and didnt notify customer before repairs 1200$. Then calls after shop closed and paid for repairs to tell everyone went home and they only have the rejected smog and still repaired anyways. Now no smog process followed or honored as clarified 3 times by customer before repairs. You robbed a family before Christmas the ability to voucher a smog vehicle. Then the same code came back you claimed you diagnosed and had to drop tank to attempt to repair. How is this legal? Thanks Larry you truly went above and beyond

    my daughter‘s car was damaged by someone breaking into it. Imperial quoted me $2500 to fix a back window and some damage around the steering column. I thought this was totally outrageous and overpriced. I ended up getting the vehicle fixed at another location for $430. Without going through a lot of detail, trust me, this was one of the largest scams in The history of automotive scams.
