I just think it was like younger kids maybe needs more training , and somebody got after me and they did his car first then mine and I was there waiting before he was. I really had a bad experience this time and my car was not cleaned correctly for $40 plus tip $10 and they still made me vacuum it or else it was gonna be an extra charge , I still did that part and they still didn't clean it correctly for me.

As I was driving back to Sparks I could see he never cleaned inside windshield or inside back window. I can easily tell because the windshield was still streaked from when I tried to clean it over last weekend. Why can’t they do their job, double check it and just make sure windshield is NOT streaked! Very bad when sunlight hits the windshield and it’s blurred. I pay $36.98/month which includes one detail a month. I will expect them to do over today. I am not happy, again! Oh, it’s a new vehicle as well. 😡
