- ASAndrew StonerDec 16, 20251.0Helped a friend take his truck here. They took long time to even respond to give a diagnosis for the issue he was experiencing. Then they replaced several sensors that cost $300-400 each. Also said there were some loose wires that need to be fixed, but did very shoddy work in repairing the wiring. We get there to pick the truck up, and the same issue we brought it to them for WASN'T fixed after they said it was. Didn't even leave the parking lot. Only explanation was to scan codes and quote an $1800 repair that "Might" fix the issue. Don't go to Amigo Toyota. If you need work on a Toyota, I recommend you try Fassco.

What’s worse: they actually called me and said that the problem was fixed. My truck broke down again literally in the parking lot. They then looked at it and said that to fix the truck would cost me another $1,800. If you are in Gallup, maybe try FASSCO instead.

They issued temporary tags with the wrong insurance company, left out required paperwork, and the odometer on the contract didnt match the actual mileage. To make it worse, the vehicle had been listed for $18,995 but they charged him 23,885. Nearly a $5000 markup on a car with bad paperwork. We came back to fix it and got nothing but excuses and attitude from Larry Martinez. Customers deserve honesty, not shady paperwork and inflated pricing. Avoid this place at all cost. And if you bought a car from here be sure to check your paperwork.
