So finally the salesperson, Steve Chavez informs us we have an approval. I immediately asked if he could get a better rate and he just flips out on my request. I get that someone would be annoyed but sheesh what kind of salesperson gets that offended? He goes on tell me, "here's what I'm gonna do, I'm firing you as a customer!" Of course im just at a lost for words. His response was out of left field. I've been a loyal customer for several years. I've made a few purchases with Amigo, but I don't think I'll be going back. Their customer service is no good.
