  I had an amazing experience. I was able to test drive many vehicle and see what one was the best fit for me. The trade in process was easy. The team members there were amazing with information and a big help getting me financed through my bank. I am definitely satisfied with my new vehicle and the team that helped me get it.

  Great experience. We enjoyed working with Roy. I recommend asking for him when purchasing a new vehicle. He makes it happen. He definitely has a loyal customer from Houston!

  Went in car shopping. Gave our information and picked a few cars we liked. We were told we'd get a call back the next day. So finally the salesperson, Steve Chavez informs us we have an approval. I immediately asked if he could get a better rate and he just flips out on my request. I get that someone would be annoyed but sheesh what kind of salesperson gets that offended? He goes on tell me, "here's what I'm gonna do, I'm firing you as a customer!" Of course im just at a lost for words. His response was out of left field. I've been a loyal customer for several years. I've made a few purchases with Amigo, but I don't think I'll be going back. Their customer service is no good.
