From the beginning Jereme was nothing but accommodating. He had a deal ready to go before we drove on the lot, but Marc and him helped us to make sure that was the one for us by helping us compare others. They made the deal easy and took care of us beyond belief. We loved our experience and are so grateful for their amazing customer service. We are so excited for the adventures and memories for our family for years to come.

- ZWZack WrightNov 2, 20251.0I will never do business with these frauds again. I purchased a brand new camper one year ago. It has had numerous items break more than once. 2 times to the service department and they had my camper more than 6 weeks each time. The service department was not forthcoming with the prices and charged me freight on warranty items and charged diagnostic fees for things we didn't want repaired. Then when I questioned it they actually had the nerve to say they told me everything. All work done was manufacturing and cheap assembly not wear and tear repairs. I also paid to have my camper winterized because it turned cold because they had it so long. They did not winterize the camper and I had to demand my money back. Do not buy anything from camping world because you will not get adequate repairs because the entire service department is incompetent. STAY AWAY !!!
