Zack and his team are very knowledgeable and offer amazing customer service i will definitely be back to see them anytime i have any issues or just need yearly maintenance and will recommend to all my friends and family!

They were able to get it fixed and we were back on the road in about an hour. Last spring, we had a tire emergency while headed back east from Arizona and they fixed it for us...also on a weekend. He refused to wear a name tag or identify himself just stating, “that he is Ryan the parts manager. This gentleman is the pure example of the kind of sales associate not to be. He failed to assist, acknowledge or even do the basic necessities of his job. Being the only customer in this building At the time, it’s horrible to ask a gentleman behind a computer trying so hard to ignore you for a little bit of Assistance. I’m definitely never going to this place ever again.

- TMteresa meyersDec 9, 20252.0Bought a used RV. Turned out to be a lemon. The sales person, Casey, was slick and full of .... He kept giving me BS answers for any problem I found. He told me the extra $2,000 I needed to pay was to make sure everything was good. Was told things would be fixed but when the inspection was done by a professional, he found issues, including a burnt electric cord. I called for the sales manager because I was tired of the lies. He walked through and said everything would be fixed before I took it off the lot. After I was told it was all good, I hired someone to move it. Got it to my property. Turned out oven didn't work, Breakers kept tripping when you turn some of the lights on, and the propane tanks were expired. They ordered outer seals that needed to be replaced and told me they would have someone come to me to fix them when they arrived, but now I'm getting the runaround about scheduling the replacement. Worse than a backwoods used car dealer. Thumbs down. Do better.
