The dealership was clean and inviting. Our salesperson, Daniel Mos was great. He was patient while we test drove different vehicles and changed our minds several times. He answered so many questions and never once made us feel like we were a bother. We left that day with a New RAV4 and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Toyota of Vineland, I'm a happy girl!

The only thing I noticed was that they didn’t address the tail light bulb that was out. That’s something that I would’ve considered to be addressed during a servicing and MPI, but maybe it was just a one off mistake. No worries, can’t wait to take my truck back for all of its future services. Staff was friendly, and the facility was clean and comfortable for folks who stay and wait for their vehicles. Thanks!

After having a couple of less than positive experiences with the service department this year, I voiced my frustrations, and Kyle in the Vineland Service Department genuinely went above and beyond to show that they care about their reputation.
