The sales person Lee has a deplorable sales skills. He never ever understood what I was looking for and assumed my budget was in the 40s. I’ll never forget what made me leave and never come back. Quote (what you looking for doesn’t exist) lol 😂 little he knows we own AMGs already!!!! Horrible attitude

Found the right dealership, right salesman, and the best of cars! While far from me, purchasing my car from MB Union was a terrific experience. But more so, working with Joe C was the best part of it. He was honest and open from the outset, patient and informative, very communicative and listened to my needs and wants. It was easy to pass on the 4 or 5 other MB dealerships by me, to buy my car from Joe C at MB Union.

Most people find working with a salesman to purchase a car to be an unpleasant experience. This was absolutely NOT the case in my recent lease of a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC with Lenny Inserra at Mercedes Benz of Union. Lenny is a professional who understands the cars that he sells. His passion for the cars that he sells is outstanding. It is a pleasure to work with someone who is not only an asset to his dealership, but a genuinely likable and warm person. The rating system only allows for 5 stars, Lenny Inserra deserves a 6 !! I am actually looking forward to working with Lenny and the wonderful staff at Mercedes Benz of Union for my next purchase.

Honestly, the worst service department ever, they try to charge you for everything a sensor was bad and they said it was from the front grill, all lies and they charge you for everything even if your cars under warranty, Took my car to Paramus. They found the issue right away. Replaced the sensor and also replaced my axle because Mercedes of West Coldwell only cleaned it up. I will never ever return or send anyone to this dealer. The manager is very rude about fixing any issues and he is wrong and he didn’t know what he’s talking about. The issue was completely different.

Truly middle of the road. Needed my w211 key replaced and when the parts room ordered a new key they put the wrong vin when typing and had a wrong key made, mistakes happen and that wasn’t the issue. The lady that was overseeing this wanted to make a whole seen and telling them”He’s waiting for his car and this is unacceptable” and blah blah blah. No need to reprimand the guy in front a customer. This same lady then was not responding to my calls when 10 days after they ordered a new key, and I had no updates. When I was able to get over to the dealership, she hits me with the “I’ll be with you in a minute” and a half a hour past before she walks out with the key and says “thanks” no explanation of what was the additional delay or the lack of communication. I’m your spending thousands I’m sure they will go above and beyond but for any DIYer or Joe Blow don’t expect “the best or nothing” treatment.
