  The mechanics were very knowledgeable and honest. I went there thinking i needed a new transmission. They diagnose it as an electric short caused by a melted wire on my exhaust simple fix. Dean fixed the problem and didn't charge me he just said keep me in mind for your future needs. What a great honest shop. Highly recommend them.

  If I could give no stars I would. This shop was recommended to me by a local oil change facility. After speaking with Victor for 30 seconds and telling him that my 2016 sedan had just started having some very minor transmission slip while accelerating rapidly, he stated as fact “yep your transmission is shot - I replace those all the time, about $6k”. Not a word about running diagnostics, pulling the pan and taking a look at the fluid, nothing. Immediately right to a $6k transmission replacement. Needless to say I didn’t take my vehicle there. Brought it down to Hackettstown Transmission instead and Rich took the time to drive it himself, run a scan for any codes, and look at the fluid (sealed system btw which is why I hadn’t looked at it myself) and reported back that the fluid was old and dirty. Did a sub $200 standard transmission service and guess what, no more slipping now. Imagine that. Do not, under any circumstances, bring your vehicle to this shop unless you want to be conned out of your hard earned money. Take the ride to Hackettstown Transmission instead - you’ll get much better service and an honest diagnosis of what your car truly needs.

  This shop is one of the only places that I have found in Morris County that will work on Nissan Transmissions. The experience with Victor was extremely pleasurable. To start, he was very responsive and HONEST. When our family vehicle broke down, we were referred to Victor, and his trustworthiness was evident from the beginning of the service. We were able to get our parts shipped to his shop. I would highly recommend Buy Wise for the services they offer. Please don't go anywhere else. you will not regret doing business with him.

  These guys are great, I wouldn't use anyone else. Rebuilt my transmission on a Dodge grand caravan , quoted me a price and after getting parts discounted from the dealer they passed the savings back to me. Great warrany you cant beat it. They go out of their way for you.👍 anyone who gives other than a 5 star is a snow flake
