Paid in the morning before leaving my car. Tried to leave at night (less than 12 hours) and the ticket was “unpaid”. Talked to the guy and he said maybe the transaction didn’t go through. I had to pay again to be able to leave. Both of my credit cards were charged. I ended up paying $60 for less than 12 hours. Update: I sent an email 3-4 days, still no response….

You can ride the train all the way from the northern NY border and into the city (or just park in the city) for less than it is to park here for 12 hrs on a weekday! Absolutely absurd price gouging. The best part is that their description says that this is a way to "save money"

Everything works well, but it is just too expensive… $30 on weekdays and $16 on weekends is absurd.
