Nice lot, but $30 for day parking was more than I expected coming in from out of town. Night parking $19.

10/19/25 -Beyond awful customer service. Story time: I had an issue with my parking ticket- I paid for 2 tickets but paid for the same ticket twice (which at the moment I didn’t know that) I get to the exit scan my ticket (which I had a receipt for) and it’s showing up as unpaid. I call the help button thinking it’s going to be an easy fix- I have a receipt to prove payment. That’s went things went south fast. They told me to leave my car at the exit (cars were piling behind me- no where I could go anyways) and go to the help desk. From there started a 30 minute back and forth. The older gentleman did his best to understand the situation and due his due diligence. The younger man took it upon himself to go to the exit location where I had left my car (at their direction) to scream at my elderly parents and threaten to call the cops if they didn’t move my car. There was no polite interaction no “here I will help guide you out safely” - just straight to screams and threats. Mind you there’s no one waiting by that time and 3 other exit lanes. When he was done harassing my parents he returned to get his piece in with me. Ultimately there was no reason for him to escalate it to the level of screaming and hostility that he did. I would recommend him to find another job and seek anger management (sincerely) and recommend you to find somewhere else to park. Not worth the headache.

Staff was great . Paid before we left for the event in NY. Almost every train stopped here so getting out of NY was easy. Since we paid when we first go in we zoomed right out.

Well, its a convenient parking lot. But $30 for 2 hours on a Thursday morning is absolutely ludicrous.
