His customer service skills are exceptional. And I’m a tough critic. We ran into a problem with our rental and both he and Cathy were problem solvers and put us into a different car without any problem. I mentioned Cathy…she apparently doesn’t normally work at this location but her positive attitude is incredible. When you have local customer service like these 2, you succeed as a business.
