    David G. was very pleasant to work with. There were no high pressure sales tactics and he was kind and courteous throughout the sales process and got me a very nice deal. Mike the IT guy took the time to show me all the great features in my XC60 which I loved. Jasmin was also very friendly and inviting when I arrived at the dealership. Adam in Financing was also thorough and explained my options. Overall a great experience since I had a terrible experience at another Volvo dealership in NY. I am beyond happy with my Volvo XC60 Ultimate vehicle!!

    After emailing the dealership multiple times to lease a new Volvo XC60 I visited the dealership on 2 occasions. During both visits not one person came up to me and offered any assistance. Then they called me a liar and said I never visited the dealership! Unbelievable level of poor and rude customer service.

    As an out of state buyer (several states away), Chris Corrigan and the rest of the Volvo Ramsey team were extremely helpful and gracious to work with. Even checked in personally to make sure my husband made it safely home with our new and beautiful XC40. Great experience!
