- CDChristian DOct 23, 20255.0My wife and I have not been at this location in years and when coming back everything was different. When coming into the office I was greeted by a nice Gentleman who explained how the new system works and was extremely patient with us. He informed us the best spots to park as we were traveling out of state. When coming back on a Saturday it seemed like there was no one working inside the office, However we were able to take the elevator onto the 3rd floor to get our car with no issues. We will 100% be coming back here again when we go back on vacation! The only complaint I would have is that it seems to be no one on the weekend working there. I do not know if it was a one off thing.

As a disabled person parking on the 3rd floor handicapped area, this means a long climb up the car ramp, usually with a suitcase. I can't do the stairs. The garage operators keep lying about when it will be fixed, and I am going to have to find an alternative parking situation. They do not care about making the train station accessible for their customers.
