- KDKaylee DavisOct 12, 20251.0Scam ALERT! Paid my parking, I get a notice a month later saying I never paid and they included an extra $50 fee. I called their customer service number, and the lady who I spoke with was talking about a charge in which I wasn’t even there. (Fake charge) I explained I wasn’t there on that date and i was talking about a whole different day. She left me on hold for a couple minutes and all of a sudden my bill she said was paid. Then she tried to say that I owed MORE money on random dates where I was NEVER THERE. I explained to her AGAIN that I was not there. She went quiet, then all of a sudden it was a “closed case”. Makes no sense.
- SYS YoungJun 30, 20255.0Needed some info before my first visit and I spoke with Patricia at Metropolis. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Garage is easy to use and secure. I parked here for a full week and didn't get a scratch. Pricing is fair and the plate-scanning payment system works great. Just one block from Newark Penn Station. Best place to park if you're taking the train into NYC. I'll park here from now on.
