  Really nice and helpful workers. They let me park with and open spot on both sides so I didn't have to worry about anyone banging into my truck. Was easy to get in and easy to get out.

  Park here for numerous concerts at prudential. I recommend paying for your ticket right when you get there after you park cause a lot of people are paying after the venue. It's $45 to be parked. Be mindful that it's hectic trying to leave after a venue, not many people are moving as staff tries and direct cars out of the lot. If you can leave before the rush of people I recommend that as well, if not be prepared to wait 30min+ depending on the attractions at prudential. In terms of ease to get to Prudential, it's right across the street from the venue, maybe a ~4-minute walk.

  Pricey for event parking. $40 to be exact, but it's better than feeling you or your car is unsafe. It's the same for all lots in the immediate vicinity of the Prudential center. Sometimes you can prepay online for a cheaper rate ($25).

  I went to the Seton Hall game today and stood on line to pre pay my ticket like everyone else. When I got to the window the woman told my my ticket was not eligible and sent me on my way. I was annoyed, but walked away and headed into the game. When I came out I had to stand in line again only to have a gentlemen look at my ticket and say I was good to go so feel free to get your car and leave. I stated that I had not yet paid however he said it was ok. I came down to exit the garage and of course my ticket didn't work, so I had to get out of the car and wait online AGAIN (3rd time) to now pay. When I expressed my frustration with the woman, her name is Melissa, so shrugged me off. THEN, my ticket still wouldn't work and she told me to step aside while she help other customers. Now I was irate and annoyed because no one was telling me what was wrong or why I can't leave. I expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction with the level of service I was getting. I was clearly being discriminated against. When the manager came over, Stephen he had to process the ticket and when I expressed my frustration to him, the woman Melissa began curing, berating me, gave me the finger and went on and on. Other families had to rush their kids away due to her actions. I will NEVER park in another Edison Parkfast again, whether here in NJ or NY. You have other options around the PRU center and I encourage everyone to exercise those options first. This is not the end as I will be filing a formal complaint against the company. I would give them a -10 if I could
