- AHAlex HardisonSep 27, 20251.0Monthly account holder here, I was aggressively forced under duress to pay a fictitious charge. I was told I wouldn’t get my car back if I didn’t. This was done in a scary and intimidating manner, and this was despite already having a monthly account. Unfortunately this means I will have to chargeback through my Amex along with filing a complaint with the NJ auditor general and the FTC. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want to have monthly parking, as they will take your keys and force you to pay random amounts of money, even when your account is fully paid.
