You have to take a paper ticket, park your vehicle, and then use a separate machine in the lobby to validate the paper ticket together with the SpotHero QR code in order to complete the payment. It’s a bit of a confusing process — they should have provided this information in advance. Overall, the staff was polite, and the price was reasonable thanks to SpotHero. Otherwise, I would’ve had to pay $40 due to an event that day (a concert), which I found a bit unfair. Overall, I recommend it, but I give it 4 stars — there's definitely room for improvement.
