  On Sunday night, I took my team out for a holiday dinner. When I arrived to the lot gates were opened. When I leave gates were closed. There was a number at the gate for me to call on my way out which I did. That employee raised the gate and let me out, never told me anything about having to pay for anything. All of a sudden I have a text message saying I have to pay $21 within 48 hours if not, I’ll get charged an additional $54.50 which is outrageous. Everyone that I was there with got charged $5 which I am OK paying. I don’t expect to park in a lot like that for free. Somehow, I got charged four times that amount. I never received a ticket to come in or proof of what time I arrived. I was there at the same amount of time as my team who all paid a fourth of what I’m being asked to pay. When I called today, all they were telling me is that I need to come in and speak to the manager, Jose. Jose, please provide customers with a sort of ticket, even if it’s digitally, and clear signage so no one feels like they’re being robbed or cheated. Also, your employees should be educating customers upon leaving about how much they will be getting charged. Especially when you leave knowing everybody that you were there with paid a fraction of what you are being charged. Something seems very wrong with your system.

  I was parked for an hour and a half and my car got broken into. I emailed support and was told they won't reimburse me for anything stolen and won't provide video footage. Basically don't park here if you value your possessions whatsoever.
