    Tried to park here, but this guy got super aggressive with us when we asked him questions about time and rate. Was talking us most rudely, saying how its not self parking and to talk to him, but also instead of talking to us - got in a fight. Actually never met such an infuriating person before. Left in a hurry as he made us feel unsafe. Would not recommend this place to anyone. RUDEST EMPLOYEE OF THE CENTURY.

    I’ve been parking here for some time now, and every day my car is ready when I get off work. The staff are very attentive and treat you with respect, especially Sylvester and Ntrakwa. Overall, it has been a reliable and pleasant experience.

    I had booked the parking space three days in advance for our stay in New York City. However, when we arrived at the entrance, the barrier did not open because the parking lot was supposedly full. Fortunately, an employee was able to correct this. Ali was very helpful in directing us and chatted with us. When we returned to our car three days later, he even remembered our son's name. Overall, we were very satisfied. It would be great if all employees were as nice as Ali. Best regards from Germany. Ich hatte den Parkplatz im Vorfeld für 3 Tage für unseren NYC Aufenthalt gebucht. Als wir an der Einfahrt ankamen, öffnete sich die Schranke jedoch nicht, da das Parking Lot angeblich voll sei. Das bekam der Mitarbeiter zum Glück mit und korrigierte das Einfahrtterminal. Beim Einweisen half uns Ali sehr und plauschte mit uns. Als wir 3 Tage später wieder zum Auto kamen, erinnerte er sich sogar an den Namen unseres Sohnes. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und wäre klasse, wenn aller Mitarbeiter so nett wären wir Ali. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland.

    Came here for a concert last night and ordered my reservation in advance with spot hero. And when I approached to the location that was online. The attendant looking at my QR code said that I was in the wrong place. And they were not specific with where I was supposed to go. Almost like they didn’t understand what I was telling them and I got confused. I went to another one thinking that this could be the spot that I’m supposed to go to and I scanned in the QR code and it says that it’s invalid. I was already beyond livid at this point. And the employee that came up to me at this location was so rude, they thought I never done anything like this before. And I told him that I have a reservation for a parking spot. He completely ignored that key information… and made me park into a very crappy spot by a pole and had to keep readjusting. He kept getting upset and yelling at me and I just was so angry already with anxiety from driving 3 hours. I do feel bad because yes I maybe gave them a hard time. But I was frustrated with the fact that I paid $40 online for something that basically “didn’t exist”. And the service with these employees are terrible. Like… do better please… I wish I can get a refund on my $40 bucks because they don’t deserve it at all. I’m never using them ever again. Oh and one more thing… if you’re a white person… be warned. They were treating me like idk my left from my right. And I saw other people who were in that lot of different race and they were smiling and treating them like they mattered. Sorry for being a white person I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️. Overall, terrible experience and I’ll never come back.

    Parked here for 2 hours and got charged for more. The guy also ruined the license plate at the front and blamed it on us.
