The gentleman in the back getting the trucks ready was awesome, felt like I was talking to family. Patrick and Trevor were beyond courteous helping me get the right truck for what I needed, even changing the trucks just so I can strap the way I want. If you're looking to rent a truck van or box truck for whatever reason, this is the place to go!

So the first day I rented from them I ran into a delay getting there. So I began to call to keep them updated on my delay. EVERY SINGLE TIME I called with my update of arrival, the person who picked up, who I came to find out is the Mgr Patrick, called me by my name every single time I called. Like I was calling my brother!...he was like "Ok Paul, no problem Paul we'll be here waiting"...and when I arrived I was greeted by Patrick, who was one of the most down to earth, patient, and knowledgeable person I have encountered in a long time..I felt so welcomed and informed, I knew at that second I had found a Diamond in the rough in the truck rental business. If you would like to be treated like you are the only one in the room, and you would like a complete and relaxed explanation of the rental, and would like a squeaky clean truck brought out front from one of 4 yard workers( again, ev one so polite), then you need to treat yourself to this company...you will NEVER use anyone else again. I very rarely write reviews, but owning a company with a fair amt of employees, I was compelled to write this...rent your vehicles there....ask for Patrick, and enjoy the ride....
