They are very knowledgeable and can give you a fair estimate based on what is needed and what is reasonable to repair. During my last service (Hood replacement for a deep scratch) they basically detailed the inside of my car for me!!! Amazing service and friendly. I'll always go to this shop if needed

Owner Raphael, Manager Josh and the auto body technicians were very professional and efficient. As a bonus, they vacuumed the interior of my car in addition to repairing the vehicle. As another bonus, they also offered to repair my car earlier than originally scheduled. If you decide to have your car repaired, a non-refundable deposit is required; once the car is ready for pick up, this deposit will then be deducted from the final cost of your bill.
- CJCT Jalando-onApr 22, 20255.0Hi-Line Auto Body, Inc. repaired my car so well that it exceeded my expectation. Joshua was very helpful and provided me updates in a timely manner. The battery was dead and needed replacement. He tried to buy a new one for me but there was none available. So he had to jump start the car. It was not drivable at all. The shop was able to accept my auto insurance estimate of the cost of the repair. Above all, he waived my deductible of $500.00. Additionally, the owner allowed me to pick up my car even though the shop is waiting for an additional payment from my auto insurance. I was so pleasantly surprised when the owner told me that the car had no problem starting even though the battery needed replacement. I have been driving the car happily for 4 days now and so far so good. No complaint. As of now, I thank God for the men of Hi-Line Auto Body, Inc. for their integrity, generosity, kindness and excellent work. May God bless them richly.
