Location is on the ground floor, directly outside of JC Penney and a general mall entrance. Look for Green pillars. Slight connection issue (may have been user error 🤣😜) I called, waited on hold for 7 minutes and as soon as the operator said hello, the system started working. Quick charge!

The J1772 charger is down. I drive an older hybrid and this is the only charger I can use.

Drive 23 miles to charge my car to find out there are no evgo chargers . Glad I didn't get stuck out in the middle of nowhere
