When I arrived, the shop immediately stood out—clean, organized, and welcoming, with snacks, coffee, and a calm atmosphere that made waiting actually pleasant (a first for me at a mechanic’s!). Jose personally inspected my car for a leak and later took the time to walk me through everything—showing me exactly what was wrong, what needed attention, and what didn’t. His honesty and knowledge were obvious from the start, and I never once felt pressured or confused. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just fixing cars. Not only are they about 4 minutes away from me, they provide exactly what I have been missing with care for my car. I have been going to the dealer for routine service and issues that have cropped up...overpaying, dealing with excruciating long wait times for service that had appointments and service advisors with attitude. Humble Auto is like car care from the past. You have friendly people, excellent service with reasonable wait time (oil change-dealer-1 1/2 hours...Humble Auto- 35 minutes) and fair pricing. Unlike the dealer who wants to sell you unnecessary services, Humble Auto is more interested in providing the service you need/want. I HIGHLY recommend them for your car care needs.
